I am Natasha Gomes, an Internationally Certified Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, with a deep passion for learning and self-growth. This passion has fueled my journey of helping people transform their image from the inside out through the ABCs of Image Management—Appearance, Behavior, and Communication.

With over 18 years of diverse experience spanning customer service, HR in employee engagement, education as a preschool teacher, and now as an Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I am also a certified Jolly Phonics Teacher with seven years of experience, having founded my venture, The Jingle Book, in 2021. Through this initiative, I have worked with children, addressing their challenges and helping them flourish.

As a seasoned consultant and trainer, I have had the privilege of empowering over 500 adults and numerous children to unlock their full potential. My expertise lies in guiding students to develop essential skills like confidence, goal setting, and time management, while helping individuals discover their self-worth, enhance their communication skills, and build a strong personal brand. My tailored workshops for women focus on overcoming body image concerns, fostering self-love, acceptance, and inner strength.
